Thing is, that isn’t even a stunt man, that’s a film star: Buster Keaton. He wrote and directed and starred in all his films as well as doing all his own stunt work. No CGI, no special effects: he did them all for real. And that last clip of him falling was a real accident that nearly killed him. But when he went back to work three days later he left it in the final film and simply shot a new scene where an awning breaks his fall.
